StockTrack is a powerful web-based sales order, purchase order and stock management system. StockTrack caters for all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial sales order through goods despatch to sales invoicing, producing all order, delivery and invoice documentation in the process. It also caters for customer returns and credit note processing.

It handles the purchase cycle in a similar manner, from raising the purchase order through goods receipt to processing of the purchase invoice.

Advanced stock management is facilitated through support for multiple warehouses and stock locations, and the system supports serial number tracking if this is required. Detailed reporting allows stock levels and re-ordering to be managed effectively.

The system includes a powerful reporting facility, allowing the generation of a range of reports in both HTML and Excel formats.
