sharetrack is a complex web based software application which focuses on all aspects of administration of employee share option schemes.

Features of the system include:

• facility to record all types of share option schemes to be recorded, including executive schemes, LTIPs and all employee schemes
• facility to record full details of grants under those schemes, including period of exercise, performance conditions and relevant share prices
• ability to record individual option entitlements, option exercises and lapses
• record details of employing companies, business units and statutory directorships, facilitating reporting in these areas
• a full employee benefit trust accounting system, including bank and share pool reconciliation features
• advanced aspects of share scheme adminstration such as NI hedging facilities and Benefit of Dividend entitlements
• extensive Excel based reporting
• an Excel-based bulk data import facility
